handcrafted from 18-karat yellow gold and set with a round cut smooth natural mandarin garnet and 0,12ct round cut natural diamond

garnet takes its name from the latin granatum, pomegranate, after the seeds its red crystals resemble. mandarin garnet is spessartine, coloured orange by manganese. its brightest form was found only in 1991, in a remote corner of northern namibia, which gave it its name. garnet has long been a traveller's stone, believed to protect and to light the way.
